Another Satisfied Customer

Coldwater’s annual company meeting was at the Wilds this November. Employees had the opportunity to go behind the scenes for a tour of winter housing, including hands-on interaction with some of the animals. Tour guides from the animal management team educated Coldwater staff about the animals and their winter handling, including family groupings, diet, and enrichment techniques. Highlights included feeding the giraffes and a rhino, and meeting the new baby rhino.
