Welcome Craig, Lauren and Christina!

We are excited to announce that Craig Claar, Lauren Corrigan, and Christina Silea have joined Coldwater Consulting, bringing a wealth of expertise and passion to our growing team.

• Craig Claar, Construction Manager, joins us with over 23 years of experience in construction and 10 years as a project manager. His expertise encompasses project management, administration, and inspection services for new building construction and underground utility projects. Craig excels in analyzing plans and specifications for constructability, quality, and schedule adherence and conducting on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance. His scheduling and conflict-resolution skills make him a vital addition to our construction services.
• Lauren Corrigan, an Environmental Scientist, recently earned her M.S. in Biology from the University of Dayton in May 2024 and joined Coldwater shortly after graduation. With a background in environmental biology and GIS, Lauren contributes to implementing ecological restoration projects in northern Ohio and conducts biological assessments across the state. Her commitment to advancing ecological restoration aligns seamlessly with Coldwater’s mission.
• Christina Silea, Water Resources Specialist, brings extensive experience in stormwater management, including planning, design, and implementation of stormwater projects such as flood mitigation, stream restoration, and pipeline replacement. Most recently, while working with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Christina has specialized training in stream geomorphology, stormwater planning, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise strengthens our ability to deliver innovative solutions to environmental challenges.
