Jon Ricketts, PE

Jon Ricketts is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with more than a decade of experience in stream morphology, open-channel asset management, river restoration, and dam removal. He has completed Rosgen Levels I–IV and has assessed over 100 miles of stream systems. Jon has designed numerous restoration projects that balance ecological function with project objectives, delivering sustainable solutions for diverse watersheds. He is particularly passionate about dam removal projects, recognizing their immediate and measurable benefits to aquatic ecology and sediment transport processes.
