Coldwater Welcomes Brian Weyer to the Team!
Brian Weyer, PE.
Brian is a senior project engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering working on land, shoreline, and sea. His previous projects include offshore geotechnical investigations for oil and gas wells across the world, dredging, sediment remediation and dredged material management in rivers, harbors and estuaries across the United States, shoreline stabilization along national coastlines and riverbanks and waste impoundment closures.
He has worked for a wide range of clients across a number of industries including oil and gas, energy, commercial/industrial, federal, state, and local governments. Most recently Brian has been assisting the City of Lorain with the design of the Black River Dredged Material Reuse Facility including a Pilot Study using GeoPools as an innovative dewatering application and evaluating the dewatered sediment to determine beneficial reuse scenarios. In his free time Brian can be found outdoors hiking, camping, fishing, or hunting with his wife and two daughters.
