Ms. Risch is a senior scientist with over 20 years of experience in project management, ecosystem restoration, stormwater management/green infrastructure design, environmental permitting and grant writing. She has helped secure and manage nearly $40 Million in grant funding for ecosystem restoration projects since 2006. Her experience includes over 30 miles of stream restoration and 150 acres of wetland restoration in Ohio and other states.
Mr. Kettlewell is a senior ecologist and Professional Wetland Scientist that specializes in ecological restoration. His experience includes wetland and stream restoration design; stormwater/green infrastructure design; environmental permitting, threatened and endangered species surveys, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Chad’s experience includes over 15 stream/wetland restoration and green infrastructure/stormwater projects.

Mr. Shady is a senior biologist and Professional Wetland Scientist with over 18 years of experience in environmental assessment, restoration, and permitting. He has delineated and assessed hundreds of wetlands and streams, and has extensive training through the Ohio EPA, including the Ohio Rapid Assessment Method (ORAM), Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index (QHEI), and Primary Headwater Habitat Evaluation Index (HHEI). John specializes in flora and fauna evaluations, including endangered species surveys.

Mr. Gutz is a senior engineer with over 15 years of experience in stormwater management system design, stream restoration, green infrastructure, surface water modeling, stormwater quality management, and floodplain management. He is an experienced project manager and design engineer. His experience also includes general civil engineering services including site grading, earthwork analysis, utility system design, cost estimating, asset management, and construction phase support.
Ms. Marmer is a regulatory specialist with 25 years of experience in environmental regulation. Denise has over a decade of previous experience working as a Regulatory Specialist and Regulatory Project Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntington District, out of the Cincinnati Field Office. She offers unparalleled expertise in the USACE permitting process and has managed hundreds of jurisdictional determinations and permit applications for activities in waters of the United States.
Mr. Stoltzfus is a project engineer specializing in CAD/GIS, hydraulic modeling, planning, and design for water resource projects involving green infrastructure, stream restoration, and wetland restoration. His project experience includes the full design process and drawing set production for stream restoration projects, and site data collection and hydraulic modeling for both design and permitting support.
Ms. Rysavy is a project engineer specializing in hydraulic modeling, planning, and design support for water resource projects involving green infrastructure, stream restoration, and wetland restoration. Her project experience includes preparation of CAD design drawings for stream and wetland restoration projects, hydraulic modeling for stream restoration design support, and GIS-based planning of green infrastructure projects.
Mr. Cramer is a CAD/GIS technician with over 17 years of experience in geospatial technology and CAD services. He is skilled in the creation of engineering plans and design drawings using CAD and GIS software. His experience includes producing engineering plans for stream restoration, wetland restoration, and development projects. Additional experience includes the management of GPS data and use of spatial analysis and mapping tools.
Water Resources Specialist
Mr. Wendt is a water resources specialist with more than 5 years of experience in natural resources management. He is an experienced naturalist, knowledgeable of Ohio’s flora, fauna, and environmental history. Chip was previously the Urban Erosion and Stormwater Specialist at Lorain Soil & Water Conservation District and was responsible for overseeing sediment/erosion controls and post-construction storm water management.
Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI)
Mr. Farley has over 30 years of experience in environmental project development and program management. His specialties include environmental investigations and permitting, wetland and stream delineation, threatened and endangered species evaluations, land rights acquisition, project design, grant funding, construction management, and environmental monitoring.
President, Ohio Mineland Partnership
Mr. Eichenberg is an environmental planner with over 30 years of experience planning and designing projects involving infrastructure, recreation facilities, environmental restoration, floodplain management, hazard mitigation and historic preservation. His specialties include GIS analysis, grant writing, resource management, and land use analysis. He served as a County Planning Director for 20 years and has spent most of his professional career working for county government, so he understands the needs and issues of local governments. He has also worked with many watershed organizations and currently sits on the Board of the Raccoon Creek Partnership.
